Speers borough is located in Washington County about 35miles south of Pittsburgh. It is comprised of Speers Hill, Mapleview and Lower Speers. Founded in 1860 it offers outstanding views of the Monongahela River and surrounding hills. Speers location is a short distance from California University of Pennsylvania, and offers fine dining and recreational use of the Monongahela River.
